This project applies NLP techniques to the Montias Database, hosted by the Frick Art Reference Library, to map the circulation and collection of imported, non-European objects in 16th and 17th century Amsterdam collections. • Assist Digital Art History Lead with dynamic public programming and events that aim to assist object-based art historians acquire digital and computational skills and literacy.• Prepare art historical publications and conference presentations on results. Show less • Conducted independent research project "'Beyond Exceptional': Unearthing Women's Participation in the Cultural Sphere of 17th-Century Amsterdam Utilizing Network Analysis and Data Visualization" This project applies network analysis, using Python, the Network X suite of Python tools, and Gephi, to the Montias Database, hosted by the Frick Art Reference Library, to unearth women’s participation in the cultural sphere of 17th-century Amsterdam and counterbalance historical biases against women and other historically marginalized populations.
