  .Understanding the scope by communicating with Sales & customer. discussion with customer for finalizing the order, Working on profitability/estimation of final scope for Purchase order, Responsible for preparation of Technical User Requirement Specification. Taking customer approvals on documents like URS, Layout, 21CFR Part11 Documents, Report Formats before Final commercial scope is finalized, Responsible for preparing CRF with all technical details and scope of the project, Conducting CRM meeting and responsible to make understand Project scope, deliverables and Cost to all cross functional stakeholders. Logging Sales order in SAP (ERP). Responsible for follow-ups with design team for Bill of Material (BOM) freezing & MRP of the project. Responsible for making project schedule in Microsoft Project365 with internal alignments of all stakeholders. Publishing Project schedule with Tentative IFAT & CFAT dates to customer.. Sharing Communication protocol with customer along with Project Plan & Communication matrix.. Internally tracking the project progress.. Sharing FAT protocols & DQ documents to customer for approvals. Tracking Procurement with PPC team for long lead items, PDC of parts and customer trials materials. Ensuring the machine readiness, trials & IFAT before Customer visit for FAT. Conducting FAT with QA and production Team. Capturing various points during FAT and closing FAT with jointly agreed MOM.. Sharing Compliance on FAT MOM points with evidence before dispatch to get Technical clearance from customer. Sharing Technical clearance to all stakeholders for completing all packing & cleaning process & transportation of Machine, sharing dispatch related documents and communication sharing with customer and aligning Service team with customer for final I&C of the Machine. Tracking Project I&C with service teams & customer and coordination in case of any scope related conflicts. Publishing Project I&C closure with all stakeholder post successful SAT. Show less
