  ⇒ In my role at YWAM Montana's DTS department, I served as a staff member responsible for orchestrating, leading and facilitating two-month overseas outreaches. This involved team coordination, logistical planning, and resource management. It also included guiding participants in their personal and faith-based growth while navigating diverse cultural contexts. These experiences sharpened my leadership, organizational, and intercultural communication skills, setting the stage for my future endeavors.⇒ In my role as YWAM's security leader, my efforts were driven by a commitment to not only safeguard missions and personnel but also to lay a strong foundation for the future. I managed a dedicated team of 8 staff members and ensured our security strategies aligned with YWAM's mission and values. ▸ To enhance accessibility and efficiency, I implemented a user-friendly system for contacting the security department in times of need. ▸ My overarching goal was to set the department up for future success, empowering the next leader to build upon our foundation and achieve even greater security measures while continuing to prioritize YWAM's mission and the safety of our community.
