  Brite winter

  Part of a team that created an arts-based winter festival in the city of Cleveland, eventually attracting up to 25,000 guests, 75+ bands, and 20 visual artists. Project management, board management and leadership, fundraising and development, marketing, and production of this growing event. Worked with music, visual arts, small business, and community development leaders in the Cleveland area to grow a grassroots arts organization into a leading regional music festival. Co-founder, past board member, and managing director of Brite Winter. My current role with the organization is to seek and strengthen relationships with partners in the community, including funders, collaborators, artists, and peer institutions.
