  Titan ii missile combat crew member (bmat)

  Part of a 4 man crew responsible for daily operations on a Titan II missile site. The Ballistic Missile Analyst Technician was the enlisted specialist for the missile electronics and guidance system. We also acted as a back-up for the officers in decoding the encrypted launch orders.

  Senior NCO responsible for the continuing discipline and military training of up to 600 Air Force recruits while attending technical training school. Responsible for the daily scheduling of test and maintenance activities. Upgrades of old equipment and installation of new equipment such as tensile testers or cryogenic equipment. I prepared students for field dispersal with the weapon system prior to assignment to deployed untis in Europe. I also worked in the Electronics shop and completed my tour in Quality. Missile maintainer in the 501 TMMS the first operational GLCM unit. In the field for the first NATO TAC EVAL of a GLCM unit.

  Perform PM optimizations, Job Plan reviews and mentor craft on improving maintenance procedures to include reliability. Performed condition assessments and RCM analysis on the aging infrastructure of one of NASA's oldest research centers. Assisted in multiple upgrades for Maximo and in the process now of implementing Meridium. Implemented an operator maintenance program for the multiple facilities Jacobs supported at JSC. Charter member of the Jacobs Technology Asset Management Community of Practice. Provided the design and specifications for the installation of 2 LN2 storage vessels. Assisted in the upgrade from Maximo v4.2 to Maximo v6.0 from a user point of view by performing numerous test plans. Championed the 5S implementation effort that is still in use today. Supervised NDE shop and small maintenance group. Transitioned into the Program Manager for 6 different programs including preventive maintenance, NDE, and F-22 Support
