  Serves as the lead point of contact for account management activities within existing accounts. Responsible for developing business relationships with Ship managers and Ship owners and other appropriate individuals within the accounts to meet the business needs of the clients. Oversee all departmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to services/product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. Act as key channel of communication for existing clients and act as escalation in the event of client/customer issues. Monitor and track that services and program deliverables are met. Responsible for tracking client issues, complaint resolutions and reporting client-related concerns and issues. Works closely with the Client Manager on updating policies and procedures for client relations and maintains solid client relationship by handling concerns with speed and professionalism.
