  Led a 10 person creative team in developing, executing, and optimizing global marketing, branding, and educational content for Establishment Labs and Motiva Implants. He played a key role in enhancing brand visibility, streamlining workflows, and supporting commercial and marketing initiatives through design, audiovisual productions, and digital strategies. Notable achievements include:- Launched Motiva’s first U.S. commercial, producing 700+ photos and 3 minutes of additional footage, providing 90 days of content for social media, digital, and print marketing.- Organized and optimized the MediaLab department by implementing a design-centric product management system using SCRUM and Jira, improving efficiency and reducing burnout. This led to the completion of 1,000+ tasks in six months, with an 84% delivery rate at 125% team capacity, alongside data-driven performance metrics.- Developed the visual identity for Preservé, a global surgical platform, managing a $50,000 production and custom graphic design strategy.
