DOER has a focus to address the constraints that exclude people from full participation in the financial sector. We have developed a model of branch-less banking where we will work in partnership with a commercial bank in order to provide banking services to the un-banked and under-banked population of Bangladesh.DOER is the pioneer of agent banking services in Bangladesh and has already started an agent banking service, the first of its kind with Agrani Bank Ltd. To support the branch-less agent banking model, we have developed our own agent banking software solution.
