  Currently working in the Corporate Training Organization of Exelon Nuclear. Responsibilities include governance and oversight of training technology implementation at 10 different operating Nuclear plants. I also provide technical support related to developing technological solutions related developing to training. I developed and deployed web based training materials along with materials for instructor led training. My training team has been recognized for our technological innovations in the Nuclear Industry by winning the TIP award.Prior to coming to the Corporate Training Organization, I worked for the Byron Site Training as a Technical Instructor, Lead Instructor and Training Specialist. While working at Byron, I developed INPO Accredited material, taught subjects related to Chemistry, Rad Protection, Engineering Fundamentals, and Computer Software. I also supported the Chemistry and Rad Protection line organizations.During my time at Byron I won a company award for and was nominated for a TIP award for my work with Operations to improve Primary to Secondary leakage monitoring. During this time I had some of my software innovations related to Microsoft published in a book and magazine.
