2012 President's Award Gary Michel - President of Residential Solutions at Ingersoll Rand 2012 I received this award for being a key team member in the creation and implementation of the Coil Return Program for Trane/American Standard air conditioners. This program required that all Trane/American Standard distributors return failed evaporator coils to the factory for testing. This program has saved the company millions of dollars in claims payouts as well as help engineering identify areas of improvement in the design of our evaporator coils.
