This tool then became a basis for a standard product data processing for several million SKU and integrated within corporate product information management software. - better product data enables more accurate facets- facet users convert at least twice better and the average basket value is at least 30% higher- successful (e-2-e) implementation of a extended auto-complete element - the most used and one of the best converting part of the webshop (from concept-to final rollout in all countries)- successful rollout of a custom (multi-wave) basket reactivation feature in 3 pilot countries (up to 12% conversion rate)- integration of product variation feature onto product pages to decrease bounce rate and shorten customer journey- integrated Internal Search engine to Enable Robot assistant for Saturn Ingolstadt store- organised and co-ordinated several meetshops of national search maintenance specialists with multiple positive outcomes:=> increased awareness of the standard Internal Search Engine features and best practice how to use those (expertise multiplication)=> identified worst and best practice examples for Search Engine maintenance to increase conversion and usability=> implemented best practice for Search Usage analytics Show less CRM department working student. Assisted for evaluation, Pilot PoC, and further integration of a new Email Service Provider for a webshop platform serving 10 national subsidiaries (sendout of over 400 mln emails per year)- Created of an evaluation matrix for weighted scoring of 6 short-list candidates based on 400 parameters in different dimensions (technological, legal, financial, etc)- Created 5-year basic business model for costs-estimation purpose.- Effective transfer and conversion of the existing client database (over 1,5 mln entries) to the new provider: no data lost, better user clustering.- Successful Proof of Concept implementation- organised and co-ordinated workshops\trainings for marketing specialists in the Pilot national subsidiaries (Germany and Netherlands)- Generated technical requirements for service integration as part of the standard platform.4 Years later solution is still actively used as one of the main e-commerce instruments.
