The trainings or workshops can be focused on a specific target culture (Germany or France) or simply introduce the trainees to a certain level of intercultural sensitivity in general. If individual trainings or group workshops to prepare for or to find assistance during ongoing intercultural challenges - the setting and content differ depending on the clients' needs. As an intercultural coach I assist people in interculturally challenging situations to find their own very best solutions.
