Prepare data sheets for casing tally, cement calculations, and space-out for perforations and packer setting. - Monitor the daily progress of well operations and attend crew meetings and pre-job safety meetings. - Ensure operation is running based on safety standards by monitoring operation, attending various drills, and revising permits to work (PIT) as well as safety job analysis (SJA).- Supervise the reset of the site to its natural environmental setting after drilling is accomplished.- Ensure that the Well Drilling, Cementation, Well Completion, Re-completion, Workover, and Well Stimulation operations programs are implemented in compliance with company’s QHSE policies & regulations.- Ensure well control is maintained at each step in line with company’s operations standards.- Supervise all service contractors and ensure they comply with operation and safety standards.- Prepare Daily Drilling Report (DDR), using Openwells Landmark software, for the operations executed as well as Material Control Sheet (MCS), Service Control Sheet (SCS), and Daily Cost Report (DCR). Show less - Develop detailed plans for workover and well intervention operations including selecting tools, equipment, and techniques to safely and efficiently meet the objectives. These programs include, but are not limited to: well killing, tubing pulling, fishing, milling, coiled tubing, stimulation, cleanout, perforation, frac, ESP changeout, etc.- Supervise the onsite execution of workover operations, ensuring operations are performed safely and in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company standards.- Prepare Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) for workover and intervention jobs, and ensure operations are completed within financial constraints- Engage in monthly field visits and audits to service companies workshops including Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, and others.- Communicate with the different departments of various service companies to provide the required tools and services onsite.- Collaborate with the rest of the CWI team to come up with creative and effective solutions for operation complications on a real-time basis.- Review and approve the Daily Drilling Report (DDR), the Daily Cost Report (DCR), and other documents related to CWI operation, as well as filing these documents properly.- Sign the financial tickets received from the service companies engaged in field operations.- Represent the drilling department of BAPETCO in major events including SPE Egypt and Seminars held by the leading service companies.
