  Department of Medicine II (Hematology/Oncology): We are specialized for the systemic (medical) treatment of all hematological malignancies (leukemias, lymphomas, myelomas), lung cancer, sarcomas and complex cancer problems. It is our mission to treat patients with empathy, respect and highest competence. In research, we are interested in topics that help improve patient treatment by the discovery of novel therapies. We are set to turn molecular information into novel treatment strategies for leukemia and cancer patients. The sections for Rheumatology, Hemostasis and Infectious Diseases within the Department are run by respective specialized physicians. Show less
