  Program Coordinator

  The Vail School District provided me the opportunity to design and implement a pilot program aimed at supporting middle school students who were not getting their needs met in traditional classrooms. As the program coordinator and lead teacher, I coached students through alternative learning strategies and collaborated with teachers and staff at both school and district levels.
