  I am the only data administrator in the company and my duties cover the entire process involved, in terms of data, in a telemarketing industry. Thus my duties are not defined nor are they assessed, I report my results directly to top management and am even required to make decision independently on occasion.The below duties will be quick summaries of which I am happy to go into further detail, should I be interviewed.• Insuring that the call center and its various campaigns have data and that it is sufficiently filtered through various specifications that can change on a weekly basis.• The creating, maintaining and the using of databases (SQL).• Managing the entire process and spotting possible future issues and solutions, creating reports based on current data, quickly adapting to changes in the industry, archiving and other smaller everyday tasks.(Most of my tasks involve working with SQL, Excel, notepad and outlook)• Part of why I was hired was to try find ways of making the entire data process less demanding and more autonomous which I have done through the use of stored procedures.
