  India's first largest 660TPD integrated Solar Glass Manufacturing Company~ Key roles: • Issuing work permits, inspection of fabrication work of various structures by vendors. • Erection of mechanical equipments like pumps, blowers/CF fan, cooling towers, EOT cranes & hoists, dust collectors, belt conveyors, hydraulic goods lift, bucket elevators, etc. • Erection of raw water, DM water, compressed air, LNG pipeline & LNG skid. • Documentation. • Study P&id and drawings of plant. • Breakdown maintenance of pumps, dewatering submersible pumps, EOT crane, blowers, bucket elevators, imbalance motors etc. • Preventive maintenance of pump, blowers/CF fans, EOT cranes & hoists, cooling towers, and various batch house equipments like bucket elevators, batch mixers, belt conveyors, vibro feeders, pneumatic conveying system, etc. • Maintain list of spares and tools in department. • 5S & Kaizen of all material received in department and make record of it.   I have attended 60 days On Job Training for Mechanical Maintenance & Utility at AIS, Taloja Float Glass Plant where i learn about Batch house layout, Maintenance of Bucket elevators, Belt conveyor, Electric Unbalance motor(vibrator), Batch Feeder, Mixer, Blower, HTU, Pneumatic Conveying System. and in utility preventive maintenance of Cooling Tower, Pumps, & Compressors.
