  I work with individuals and small groups by motivating them to feel inspired to make positive changes in their lives through the use of customized and stimulating fitness programs and manageable nutritional and lifestyle modifications. I believe that an effective program should not only blend well into one's life, but enhance it greatly. In order for me to design this style of program, I take a personal interest in my client as a whole person, not just a body. Together, we discuss habits and preferences when it comes to daily routine, nutrition, health and fitness goals in order to come up with a plan of action that will guide you from where you are to where you want to be.
