  I am a senior member of Deloitte's dedicated business valuation practice with responsibility for sourcing and leading projects. We provide advice on the valuation of corporate entities and assets in the UK and abroad.Within the team I specialise in large or complex engagements, taking on assignments that require a deep understanding of business operations and value drivers. I work across sectors but with a particular interest in industrials and technology and I look at the full range of businesses, from global listed groups to start-ups. The purposes of my work can be diverse, for example: driving strategy, supporting negotiations in M&A; financial reporting; determining valuations in disputes; or providing input into restructuring strategies.I also take a leading role in developing the technical skills of the team, looking at innovative methods of analysis and ways in which we can use modern analytical tools to improve and strengthen our work.
