Understanding the Business process, implementing and maintaining Policies & Procedures, Installing and testing application software, managing upgrade and changes, problems and incidents.Systems Handled:Managing General Insurance System, providing extensive support to Motor and Finance department by creating queries and reports using Oracle Reports 6i and linking with the system for the business users. I have also developed an Online Statistic Viewer Module for the management using Oracle Developer 8i and Reports 6i which monitors minute-by-minute transactions for all production departments. I have also incorporated aging analysis in the system and can generate daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports.I was also involved in implementing LIFE & Medical system from ARIG Bahrain and was actively participating in UAT and training the business users.
