  Worked on numerous Retail projects in the firm and eventually worked my way up to starting the first Dick's Sporting Goods store and eventually running the account. This involved the control of the prototype documents for DSG along with review of all other outside architectural documents for developer deals. HA was one of only a couple firms that were allowed to work for them and was contracted to do all their interiors.project architect/management experience - herschman focused on the retail industry along with other commercial, industrial, and residential clients.* ran the dick's sporting goods big-box retail program (50,000+ s.f. with 50+ stores being opened per year) and responsible for prototype management, project reviews of all outside architect of record projects, and review/production of interoffice projects.
