  Kacamata Psikologi is a program under supervision of BEM Kema Fapsi Unpad which offers deep discussions about trending phenomenons using the perspective of Psychology.As a Group Facilitator, my main contributions are: • Facilitated 5 participants in expressing their thoughts and feelings about the “Guilt Trip” phenomenon.• Assisted them in reaching a collective conclusion on how to view the phenomenon. My main contributions were:• Assisted 9 freshmen in applying 4 unique skills by facilitating them on 4 different training sessions alongside a partner facilitator• Observed and debriefed the freshmen to determine their achievement of the learning goals• Administrated a roleplay for each training session and also planned the time, recruited the volunteer participants, and arranged Zoom rooms for the roleplay
