  Developed new programs and facilities for over 2000 weekly tennis and fitness members. Directed the marketing , sales and business communications. Planned and managed our many private parties and corporate events. Initiated a very successful tennis day camp. Contracted the continual Energy Savings installation projects. Over saw our computerized accounting . Took the lead in new business development in programs such as Indoor Lacrosse Leagues, National Table Tennis Tournaments and Birthday Parties.   I am the chief consultant for recreation management . We provide strategic racquet sport coaching and special event planning services, to make your event a memorable stand out success. We have organized and run many sport related tournaments and leagues. We also offer strategic tennis coaching, implementing our proprietary " AGGRESSIVE DEFENSE " tactics for both individuals and teams.I quickly adapted to Pickle Ball strategy and competition and was able to gold medal my first tournament in 2015. Solicit corporate sponsorship. Provide professional tennis advisory service for player ratings and official grievance rulings. Develop our Tennis education goals.

  Summer Camp Tennis Senior Coach

  Direct the Tennis division for the novice and younger groups at a combo overnight and day camp.Develop the curriculum, supervise the tennis pro's and counselor staff, teach both the 10 and under and novice campers. Created many new teaching aids and supervise tournaments, skill games and drill clinics. Introduced Pickle Ball to KSA in 2016.

  Pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America and hopefully an Olympic sport down the road, is really fun to play. Plenty of competition and very social. I help get a new racquet sport player up to speed, with shot technique and strategic play coaching for individuals , couples and groups. I travel to the clients courts or meet at the park. A few sessions later, they spread their wings and don't look back.
