      Projects:2021 - SuccessFactors Employee Central (including Time-off and Timesheet) Lead. I was the EC lead for a public sector company of 2000 employees highly unionized. The implementation scope included EC, EC Time-Off and EC Timesheet as well recruitment and onboarding 2.0. I was responsible of capturing, designing and configuring the EC solution and managing a team of 2 junior consultants. 2020 - Employee Central Global Benefits Project Rescue Mission Lead. I was asked to join a EC Global Benefits at the end of the realization phase. The client, a mining company of about 3000 employees with 3 different insurance/pension packages based on their employee group, wanted to stop their implementation with they current implementer due to system limitations. My company was asked to review the current configuration, proposed and implement solutions to major pain points. During that time, I was able to optimized the configuration in order minimized manual tasks and guide the company to final steps and go-live. Client is now live with the solution.2019 - Employee Central Global Benefits Lead. Responsible of capturing, designing and configuring EC-GB solution for 40 union agreements (about 450 insurance plans and 80 pension plans) for an organization in the pulp and paper industry in a SF EC, EC-GB, Kronos and HCM Payroll architecture project. I'm particularity proud of this project as when I joined the benefit stream we were late compare to other and, we successfully catch up with a strong solution that met the client's requirements and go-live planned date.
