As Team Lead, responsibilities included leading weekly meetings, team project management, developing internal procedures and reports, and assisting with team hiring and training. Research responsibilities included clinical trial management, single and multi-site study coordination, subject screening, recruitment, study design, database set-up, and writing IRB submissions, protocols, grants, abstracts and manuscripts.
