      I began working at this store as a customer service manager as part of a major refurbishment and update to offer my skills of outstanding customer service and company practices. I have gone through a significant amount of safe, legal, and upskilling training thus far.I've recruited new team leaders so that I can support my goal of providing outstanding service with a fully-formed team. Additionally, I have hired in various service areas to ensure uniformity and efficiency among the departments. The largest obstacle thus far has been managing absences and performance, but as a team, we have a can-do mentality. Show less I am employed as a customer service manager for an extensive retailer right now. In addition to overseeing my own employees, I undertake duty manager duties during particular shifts. My position includes providing outstanding customer service to make sure that any time a customer shops with us, they have a fantastic experience. Together with the community champion, I play a crucial role in the community in making sure that all young adults have an opportunity to pursue their ambitions!
