      Security Supervisor

      I was responsible for conducting security checks during routine walking and driving patrols of the building and grounds. Also I was responsible for creating access badges for visitors to the building and greeting employees as they arrived to work. Later on in my time there I assumed the duties of the security supervisor for a number of my shifts. This added the responsibilities of supervising the other guards on duty and filling out all log books and record sheets.

      I worked full time for the NHNG in the Service Member and Family Services office in three different roles. - As the Soldier Outreach Officer in Charge (OIC) I managed a small team of Soldiers who were on call 24 hours a day to serve and assist those NH Service Members who were having trouble after returning from deployment. We assisted and referred for all kinds of issues to include financial counseling, education problems, pay issues, crisis management, and VA assistance.- As the Project Officer I served as the principle planner for Pre-Deployment and Post-Deployment events for the NH Army National Guard. This included finding locations, coordinating resources and presenters, working with the contracting office to ensure contracts were correct and within regulation, and fulfilling the numerous logistical and administrative needs of running an event. - As the Military Liaison I oversaw a team of contractors who provided different services to Soldiers in the National Guard.       While deployed with the 237th Military Police Company I served in in two different roles. Company Executive Officer and ISAF Military Police Duty Officers. As the Executive Officer I was responsible for:- The logistical operations of the 110 Soldier unit; to include supply management, equipment accountability, and coordination/planning of all movement for the unit.- Overseeing all administrative actions processed by the unit. This includes promotions, pay issues, personnel issues, awards, and counseling.- Acting as the Headquarters Platoon Leader which acted as the first line supervisor for the training and management of 8 Soldiers serving in the HQ Platoon.As the ISAF Military Police Duty Officer I served as the senior ranking Military Police officer on shift. Ensures management controls are in place and effective. -Continually assesses and evaluates the effectiveness of finance and accounting operations through the review of standard performance management metrics.
