  I was tasked with client advisement in adequate and compliant European personal data processing procedures. I processed Subject Access Requests per for clients. I also visited clients’ sites to ensure GDPR compliance. I was also sought after for corporate legal counsel to ensure alignment with UK Corporate Governance Codes, which included optimal risk mitigation within politically volatile regions.I currently formulate data protection procedures to satisfy General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. I design and implement Data Protection by design which includes the integration of necessary safeguards in the processing activities. I make it a priority to partner with key Data Protection Supervisory Authorities to generate regulatory notifications, address escalations, and optimise client privacy. I additionally serve as Executive Secretary in generating minutes, legal advice, and agendas for Annual General Meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
