  I work in the Insolvency and asset recovery department of Grant Thornton and have worked on a variety of UK and overseas contentious and more mainstream insolvencies including CVLs, Compulsory liquidations and Bankruptcies. Usually my work involves investigating fraud and dishonesty in these insolvencies and recovering misappropriated assets. I also work on a number of competition damages matters including working to recover substantial claims for clients in the interchange, trucks and computer component cartels. I have also some experience of working on CVAs, LPA Receiverships and Enforcement Receiverships under the POCA. Show less
