      Duties:Warehouse management of telecommunication equipment (Huawei 3G, 4G Mobile stations, MW and LTE) and materials. Administration of installed and dismantled equipment. Documentation check after completion of installation. Preparation of reports.Key Achievements: Working as a team player in 3GIS swap project I’m responsible for checking, packing and sending all coming dismantled equipment from swap sites. I have to administrate it in already created excel file by contractor before sending and write remarks if it doesn’t match. In the beginning whole this process took for us 2 weeks to complete. After continuous improvements I shrank this process to 1-2 days. Constantly dealing with contractor I built trust and strong business relationship between 3GNS and Huawei. Working with N4M project I’m checking equipment and packing list coming with it before going on site. Once was mismatch between packing list and equipment. I found, that it was mixed up packing lists from two different sites. Thus I helped to find a mistake in whole logistic system. Show less
