Seconded onto new Snack plant : responsibilities included writing and training out SOP’s / Risk Assessments / training all staff on new Pitta chip product. Seconded to variety plant after fire to help write SOP’s. Seconded back to bolton onto new wraps and Thins plant : responsibilities were to write and train out SOP’s / Risk Assessments / Train all staff on new product. Seconded onto new Snack plant : responsibilities were to write and train out SOP’s / Risk Assessments / Train all staff on new Pitta product. Currently seconded to Team Leader position: Responsibilities include running a production line of 15 staff. Allocating work and solving problems that may occur during the shift. My role on a daily basis specifically involves organising, co-ordinating and prioritising staff workload to cover both internal and external customer requirements. Ensure that there is consistently enough staff available to cover annual leave and sickness. Moreover, once the work has been allocated I am directly responsible in ensuring that KPI's are met and exceeded, SAP inputs are compliant and Quality standards are maintained whilst the plant is operated in a safe and efficient manner. We constantly strive to improve the people, product and process in our area of responsibility using continous improvement techniques and driving quality and operational excellence through all we do.   The Special Constabulary consists of volunteer officers, who give up their time freely to assist with the policing of Greater Manchester. As a Special Constable I work alongside regular officers, and PCSOs in the local neighbourhood policing teams and commit an average a minimum of four hours service per week. Being a Special Constable is a great way to give something back to the community, develop new skills or learn what being a police officer is really like.
