  -Fourways Vet is the biggest veterinary practice in the southern hemisphere. -I specialised in night shifts (18h00 - 00h00), where I handled the running of the practice, during these hours. -I would supervise and manage the professional staff, many of whom were substantially my senior. -Responsibilities included: Booking in emergencies, scheduling day time appointments and dealing with particularly stressed out pet owners. -Taking cash or card payments for veterinary procedures and performing end of day banking and cash up process. -Following nutritional training on all the major brands such as Hills, Eukanuba, Royal Canin, Acana and Orijen; I was able to provide food advise, breed and goal specific.
