  Testing and validate the new designed Radio Unit (RRH) like B-1, B-28,Dual Band, B-3, B- 5 & Base Band Unit (BBU)with 3GPP specification TS 36.141● Installing new setup and Radio conformance testing for 4G & 5G designed Base Station modules.● To support Automation team and developing ATE (Automated Test Equipment).● Working on a RF component characterization lab equipment spectrum analyzer, signal generator, key-sight,Mini-Circuit, Tektronics.● Performed trouble shooting with regarding TX/RX chain RF tuning to estimate expected parameter margins &take appropriate action to drive necessary radio software updates, perform error detection to report relevanthardware or software design units.● Analyzing the RF transmitter and Receiver Parameter like BS output power, Channel bandwidth, ACLR,Frequency Error, EVM, SEM.● RF performance analysis and optimization, identifying and implementing design modifications to enhanceproduct performance and reliability.
