  - Administer the PASS Leaders and their weekly sessions in the School of Chemistry, University of Bristol, by collecting weekly registrations, hosting meetings fortnightly, and carrying out annual observations on each PASS group.- Communicate with the academic staff in the School of Chemistry about the curriculum and teaching plans at the start of the academic year. Regularly communicate with the PASS team via emails and monthly meetings to report the behaviour of PASS leaders in the School of Chemistry.- Assist Peer Support Coordinator in the PASS leader training sessions by facilitating group discussions, checking trainees understandings throughout the sessions, and answering questions.
