  This was my marketplace startup project specialized in transportation that I developed with 3 of my friends as an Entrepreneurship 2 project. The idea of La Renta was a website platform where tourist can rent a car and can be accompanied with a local guide. We decided to develop this idea because:- Accessibility is an important concern for every customer when they want to rent a car,- Unused cars lead to high maintenance expense,- Being in a new city makes you feel unfamiliar,- Hidden Gem in the city is unknown by many tourist, both local and international.By using La Renta, we want people to save their time when travelling, share culture with a local guide driver, and have an easy access in booking and exploring. However, we no longer executed this project due to our own tight and busy schedule.   This was my business project that I created for Entrepreneurship 3 subject in my college. BurgerInc was a business in a Food and Beverage (FnB) industry that sells rice burger and noodle burger. I created this project because many people like to eat burger, but does not really satisfied if they have not eaten rice yet. In addition, many people have a tendency to buy food that practical, which can be brought everywhere and can be eaten every time.   This program was held by Guild Corporate Entrepreneurship, one of my college subject at Ciputra University. We are required to join the mini internship program at Ciputra World Mall Surabaya during 2 semesters. At the first meeting, we were explained by the mall manager about the problems that occurs at CWS Mall. Our job, as an intern, was to solve 1 of their problems, which we choose to increase the mall traffic. Thus, we decided to create a family-themed event, named Family Day Fun Day, and also create several sub-events to fund our main event. Besides, we also handling Corporate Entrepreneurship's annual event, which is career expo, that was being held at CWS Mall too.These were the details of my job descriptions and achievements:- Conceptualized, handled, and coordinated 1 main event, 1 sub-event (career expo), andseveral fundraising events- Responsible in maintaining relation with 8 tenants- Became a liaison officer for 1 seminar speaker - Got product sponsorship worth 1.5 million Rupiah from a printing company after 1 week of approaches.- Successfully had a deal with 2 tenants with total offering price of tenant slot worth 5 million Rupiah. Show less My role as an intern at PT. Manohara Asri is to become an online marketer. The main job that I hold is I am responsible for establishing channel of online reseller for all products at PT. Manohara Asri. How? By searching those online resellers through e-commerce platforms and social media, as well as contacting and offering them for a cooperation to be a reseller, so that it will form a database of register outlets and regular customers or active outlets. I am expected to become a deal breaker that connect those online resellers with the company. To support my job, I decided to create a new IG account, namely @ptmanoharasnacks, to make it easier for me to display the product catalogue and gain trust from the online resellers that I will contact through DM. Besides, I also created 3 contents on Mayasi’s IG account and 1 product promotion in Shopee and Tokopedia. I created event campaign content (photo contest challenge), independence day content (crossword puzzle), and live cooking collaboration content with PT. Sumber Tirta Hakiki on Mayasi’s IG account. By conducting the photo contest challenge, I could increase company's followers on its Instagram account (@mayasi.id) from 12,000 to 12,561 within the challenge period. For Shopee and Tokopedia, I proposed an idea of having an independence day discount to increase the sales in e-commerce platform.Here are some highlights of my achievements and what I had done during my internship:- Responsible for establishing channel of online reseller (outlet) for all products at thecompany.- Created a bank data that consist of 613 list of online reseller from all around Indonesia.- Successfully had a deal with 40 outlets with total sales that reached 17 million Rupiah.- Increased company's followers on its Instagram account (@mayasi.id) from 12,000 to 12,561 within 2 weeks by conducting photo contest challenge.
