  Spot Award Trane Technologies Nov 2022 Trane Connect Authentication was changed from OKTA to AZURE, and as a result, the User management feature was impacted in Trane Connect, the customers, technicians, and support agents could not either create new users or modify existing users.Due to this inflow of tickets increased 3 times more than normal, this issue has been handled diligently, worked with the Product Owner, developers, and all stakeholders continuing to solve the issue along with day today activites.
