  I Worked with AHK Contracting on 2 Projects with a cooperative, hardworking team to deliver quality and value engineering in the Construction Industry. Project 1: ITICO Pharma - Building 3 and Tunnel Execution of the technical building (B3) and Tunnel in ITICO Pharma in Ghassenieh, South Lebanon. The building consists of water tanks (basement), and 2 stories. My scope of work: shop drawings, as-built drawings, quantity surveying, technical documentation (SIR, RFI, Material Submittal, Daily Reports), site supervision, and safety inspection. Project 2: BETA Company Building Execution of Beta Company commercial building of 2 stories and a basement in Sarafand, South Lebanon. All the slabs were Post-Tensioned. My scope of work: site inspections, quantity surveying, as-built drawings, monthly statement of account, communicating site works and updates with owner representative, designer (post-tension company), other engineers, and subcontractors.
