Which encompasses coaching other General Managers to achieve their goals, such as:Quality control throughout the business, P&L gearing and reviews,Forecasting at a regional level,Guest focus through guest surveys NPS and trip advisor,Developing short and long term sales plans.Developing our team to reach the full potential.I recently got passed off through diagnostics and RBM assessment day.I have also been the brand lead for stock control for just over 2 years, helping to improve GP to an all time high, and lower losses across the 112 site estate.As General Manger I have the all time record sales in my current site, the all time record for guest responses and NPS and the record profit conversion.
