  I conducted a variety of material tests, including tensile, hardness (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers), and impact testing (Charpy), to assess the mechanical properties of components. Additionally, I performed metallurgical analysis, examining microstructures (Ferrite, Pearlite, Cementite, Martensite, and Austenite) and chemical composition to identify potential defects (cracks, slag inclusions, porosity, undercut, spatter, and overlap) or irregularities. I utilized specialized equipment such as universal testing machines (UTM), hardness testers, spectroscopy, and microscopes, as well as non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like XRF/PMI, Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).I also tested non-metallic materials, including various types of tractor rubber parts (Neoprene (CR), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), and FKM (Viton) rubber), plastics (SMC fiber material, Nylon, HDPE, ABS plastic), oil contaminants (NAS class & water presence), Millipore testing, and painted parts (Paint, CED coating, HR paint), along with surface-coated materials (SST, CASS, UVA, DFT).
