My responsibilities include delivering training on new software tools and processes, leading bi-annual cybersecurity training programs, and managing platforms such as Moodle, Qualtrics, and Google Workspace. I also handle instructional technology support requests through the helpline. Additionally, I collaborate with Human Resources to develop and implement annual employee evaluations and SMART goals using Qualtrics, and I provide targeted support for Moodle and Qualtrics projects across various campus departments.
