  I started my career as a site engineer at L&W India for a period of Nov’2013- June’2015.Understanding drawings ,supervision and coordination of civil works and learnt how to choose materials for construction as per project standards.  Execution of all Civil Construction works at site. Preparation of material procurement list as per drawing and specifications. Perform work activities in accordance with proper approved project quality plan. Perform works in accordance with safety and quality. Liaise with clients representative. Ensure dimentional accuracy of work being carried out. Ensure materials used have validity and of good quality. Especially close supervision of mixing, conveying, pouring and curing of concrete and proper housekeeping.
