  Associate Manager for Back Office Support in Packaging 3ml I manage 23 operators on the FlexTouch Assembly lines who keep the lines running around the clock on day- evening- and nightshifts. My main achievements include: - delivering the first ever Single Digit BCO (full Batch Change Over in 9min53sec on 2023.06.10 - reducing monthly average BCO time with >50% (from 36min to 21min) - producing 3 consecutive 100% scores in employee surveys (All employees answered "Often"/Almost always" to the question: "Is this a great place to work"?) I play a prominent role in Audits and Inspections, coordinating tour of the facility as well as all presentations across the packaging department.Moreover, I work on larger projects such as CAPAs, and DV reduction.I have been lead on implementing new equipment on the packaging lines, most notably the metal detectors, which have since reduced some of our most critical deviations as well as 30 hrs of downtime of per year I work with larger projects such as implementation of instant batch review which is the main focus of my cLEAN 2star education. One of the first steps toward this has been setting up the GMP operator education in the packaging department I support the FlexTouch and FlexPen packaging lines in building 25A, working primarily with batch reviews, deviation handling and process optimization.
