      • Managed all adolescent and youth programs that were directly funded by SheDecides, UNAIDS, HIVOs, UNESCO, and UNICEF which resulted in a 60% funding increment to improve health systems as well as increased integrated health delivery services to over 50,000 young people on CSE and SRHR. • Managed donor and partner relations by coordinating with regional, and global HQ teams throughout the program cycle • Managed all quarterly and annual reports and ensured timely and high-quality program reporting to partners, resulting in a reduction of the reporting cycle time by 20%. • Provided technical assistance on advocacy to partners at District, National, and regional levels through a series of oriented workshops using an updated curriculum• Co-led an "Ending early and unintended pregnancies" campaign which saw the rise of 200 community champions across Sub-Saharan Africa in 8 countries comprising but not limited to chiefs, religious leaders, young people, and Members of Parliament.       • Coordinated and maintained partnerships at regional and country levels with the SADC secretariat, UN agencies, CSOs, and In-country line ministries to support the implementation of the Future Life-Now! regional program. • Co-developed creative communication outlets such as manuals, newsletter briefs, policy briefs, animations aswell as strategies including Africa’s first Boys vulnerability Framework and Malawi’s first non-medical HIV training manual to empower young people and community gatekeepers with accurate information about their health and well-being • Managed over 150 radio programs across the leading Radio stations in Malawi - Zodiak Broadcasting Station and Malawi Broadcasting Cooperation to support adolescents and young people as well as community gatekeepers with correct information to make informed decisions about their bodies and their health through the lens of Gender, Education Development, and Climate Change• Co-directed an award-winning documentary series on climate change which aired across 4 Major TV stations in Malawi, Zambia, Lesotho, and Zimbabwe and reached over 2 million people within its first month of air • Managed stakeholder relations across 40 health facilities and 40 schools through multi-sectoral collaboration to advance Integrated SRHR service delivery for adolescents and young, resulting in increased uptake of SRHR services and improvement of ART adherence Show less

      • Maintained stakeholder relations with partners representing over 100 member states from across the globe through PMNCH’s Adolescent and Youth Constituency to analyze the range of views regarding young people's priorities which saw partnership increase to 30% within the first two years• Coordinated and managed grants across 12 countries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia which built the capacity of over 5,000 young people in advocacy and accountability for women’s, children’s, and adolescents’ well-being• Co-led the rollout of the "What Young People Want" campaign, which gathered responses from over 1 million adolescents from across the world.
