  Advancing the priorities for students, faculty, and alumni of the College of the Liberal Arts through alumni engagement and fundraising. As an Associate Director of Development in the College of the Liberal Arts, I assist in fundraising initiatives that advance the University's and College's strategic goals. I work with alumni and friends to create and strengthen their relationship to the University while also working to develop and steward philanthropic passions and interests. • Part of five-member team tasked with leading the way in a new, strategic fundraising program within the University • Managed 60 station call center raising more than $2 million annually for academic programs• Performed call monitoring for quality control purposes with one-on-one counseling sessions that help assess individual progress • Researched giving history data for 500 top donors to Penn State to demonstrate the role of annual giving programs at Penn State• Solicited benchmarking data from peer universities on student philanthropy efforts to improve Penn State’s student giving campaigns• Created content for Penn State Forever (Annual Giving social media channels) regarding University history, milestones, and events related to philanthropy
