      This responsibility started as full-time employment and gradually evolved to be a volunteer position. Throughout this time I was responsible for the basic operation of a 28 unit low income family housing community. This responsibility covered everything from basic maintenance to collecting rent to the screening of new residents and at times to work with tenants towards ending their tenancy.
