      Reporting to Strategy and System Management Deputy General Manager, managing all processes related with Human Resources and Training Directorate and indirectly Strategic Planning and Management Systems Development Directorate by preserving present human resources. Within about 3 months, discussions were held with General Directorate and Area Directorates employees and information was given regarding company and department targets and performance partnership was tried to be formed.• With “Pusula” project initiated for development of elementary operational system as web based, cross projects coordination task was given by senior management, coordination between 4 systems project executed in parallel and affecting all processes in company general was provided successfully.• Structuring work commenced in 2007 for the purpose of “Enabling Marketing and Sales Organization and Formation of Agency Ownership System” by putting into action sales oriented organization model, present resources were preserved within Area Directorates and almost 100 sales consultants were trained. Together with making sales organization more effective, sales resources which were about 900 in 2007-2009 period reached 1800. • Within the scope of Effective Claim Management, formation of İstanbul Claim Management and Claim Information Center was realized, file ownership model was implemented during all damage processes and file control duration was reduced by 50%.• Structuring was realized regarding management of client services in corporate general, client information and complaints were made traceable, measurable and assessable over the system. Same time, with the system installed, “Client Complaints Management System Certificate” has been obtained. Show less
