  Served as an assistant to Representative Santiago's Chief of Staff to manage imminent bills in the new legislative session and during his Mayoral campaign. Crafted bill and legislation summaries, analyses, advocacy meetings, roll call votes, and a budget line item tracker for constituents and advocacy groups. Served as the point of contact for constituents and resolved 30+ constituent service cases. Constructed a COVID vaccine eligibility database used by legislative staff for appointment scheduling.   Organized, managed, and ran 100+ COVID-19 vaccination clinics and campaign canvasses in underserved communities across the Greater Boston area.   I worked at the Massachusetts Community Engagement Alliance (MA-CEAL) led by Boston Medical Center. I led administrative and project management functions for community engagement and administrative teams for a $2.8M federally-funded program on COVID-19 vaccination and health equity, including vaccine clinics, educational events, and clinical research proposals. I designed and implemented post-event debriefs to ensure systematic data collection and and evaluation of target populations, messaging, needed resources, and achievement of target milestones. I supported the scoping, planning, and execution of interventions focused on COVID vaccine uptake and confidence, clinical research participation, and health equity, of which I oversaw an average of 10 events per month.
