      Activities and Societies: With a Minor in Mathematics. I was an officer of the Society of Physics Students UH Manoa chapter. Through SPS I participated in numerous outreach events in the community. My undergraduate senior research project used python to create a Monte Carlo simulation. Under Professor Duncan Farrah and Post-Doctoral Researcher Kevin Crocker, I used it to predict stellar remnant populations under a new theoretical phenomenon for black hole mass growth.Throughout undergrade I worked on several astrophysics' projects, including photometry under Professor Brent Tully, and N-body simulations of galaxy collisions under Professor Joshua Barns.

      I work with Professor Veronica Bindi using data from the Alpha Magnetic Spectromer (AMS) to analyze measured flux of galactic cosmic rays in order to calibrate Neutron Monitor Yield Functions for use in space weather prediction and forecasting. I was a teaching the Undergraduate Electricity and Magnetism Lab courses under the supervision of Professor Doetinchem. I also began teaching Electricity and Magnetism recitation as well as the Head Recitation TA. I made contributions and corrections to the Lab manual used in the lab. Tutoring physics at the Learning Emporium at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Tutors general physics 1-3 both calculus and not calculus based.
