  I am a trustee of a £1.3 million organisation and a member of the Union’s executive board and an elected representative of fewer than 10000 students. My role requires effective communication to my team members and those within the University Senior Management on a regular basis.Working in collaboration with students or senior managers has really tested my organisational and communication skills and increased my ability to focus on multiple projects and deadlines at the same time. Delivering a social sport programme/project with the main focus on getting non-active females active in sport called ‘Your Turn’. This required applying to the NUS for a pot of £12000 and have set up 7 free activities that run regularly throughout the year. Show less
