  (Sep/20 to Apr/22) - worked in Quality department - QC inspection of Power Cable & DTR as per IS , preparation of GTPs & Specifications, Co-ordination with Vendor & user department for material related queries and improvement, for carrying out quality & bill audits, preparation of one-point lessons, new material introduction, Involved in implementation of ISO 9001-2015 14001-2015 45001-2018 50001-2018 & 55001-2014 in my organization.(Mar/20 to Sep/20) Worked in O&M department (11 kV & 22kV) in SMK Region, new area overtaken by Torrent Power from MSEDCL. Carried out survey and prepared drawing in AUTOCAD, Prepared maintenance schedule (Shut down) and done maintenance of Power Lines and distribution transformer. Involved in take over hand over process of DF from MSEDCL. Responsible to maintain SAIFI and SAIDI of Power Lines.(2019 to Mar/20) Worked in safety department, responsible for Safety audits, Creation of non-compliance on the basis of SOP, PPE, UAE, Carrying out network safety survey, safety induction training to staff & contractor employees, Creation and upgradation of OCPs from time to time.   Assistant Manager - O&M (Parallel lisence)

  At present India Power is the only private Discom in India which is competing with two Government Discoms under parallel lisence for power distribution. We are competing with State Discom WBSEDCL (West Bengal state electricity distribution company Limited) and DVC (Damodar Valley corporation) in Asansol and Raniganj area. I have this special experience to work in parallel lisence area and what are the different challenges we have to face in our day to day job and how we deal with them is my usp. My responsibilities are to plan, supervise & execute Operation and maintenance of power lines upto 33 kV, Manpower management, MIS preparation, looking after commercial part as well, meter reading and billing, SAP knowledge, troubleshooting of prepaid meters, net metering, responsible for six 33/11 kV S/S and their 33 kV & 11 kV Lines. Coordinating with Area load dispatch centre for load forecasting and load management. We are procuring power from DVC (Damoder Valley corporation) as well as we have our own 220/132/33 kV Substation for load management. Preparation of CAPEX & OPEX budgets. Handling large HT consumers having load greater than 5MW. Also involved in network engineering & planning for development of existing feeders and new feeders. Looking after NPC in my zone, customer message feeding. Also handling disconnection of defaulter meters & recovery of pending bills. Show less
